I ordered the solar bird bath bubbler. The picture shown on website shows a water detection switch. That is the main reason I ordered it. The one sent is a cheaper version that does not have a switch. I called CS, and they insisted it's the same pump they have had for 30 years. I could return it, but would end up paying shipping twice, as they don't refund or offer shipping free. I would not recommend this company.

Poor quality and poor responsiveness. We ordered a gift for someone, but it was shipped out directly in the product carton with no protection. The box was damaged during shipping and did not really look “giftable”. It looks like it was a previously returned, taped up box. We were not happy with the purchase. When I inquired about returns, they told me to ship it back within 30 days. Shipping costs were $72 plus they wanted a 10% restocking fee. The cost of the item was just over $100 so When we asked if they had a shipping contract with better pricing, they simply did not respond. We decided to keep the item (I hope all the parts are there and undamaged) and will try to resell in the damaged box on our own, but suffice it to say we will never shop there again.

i have sent 14 emails 3 phone calls trying to get a problem resolved. order #5489 deck lights received them. they were sent by Amazon label. the price on Amazon is $16.99 each cheaper. i am trying to get the difference refunded to me. i am getting nothing but automated responses. signed bt edwin lavi saying i received my order

The lights I purchased were very cheap looking and the one would not light at all.... went to send back and this company won't even pay to ship back or give you a shipping label ....cost me $20.00 to ship to them and I paid 45.00 ... this company is a scam I order lights before and had some issues and now this ... BEWARE!!

Without a doubt the worst, rudest customer service on their online chat that I have ever experienced. I was wondering if it was actually a comedy sketch? No way I would ever trust these folks enough to buy from them.
