Sent me the wrong item and it was even missing the main part. Lied about the item on the phone, then hung up on me after telling me I can not send the item back. Worst experience ever with an online order

If I could give them less than 1 would. They sent me orchid solar lights...broken! 4 flowers were broken! I wrote them for support immediately upon opening them. I told them I wanted to return them and I needed a return label. If you're paying over $40 including shipping and they send you a damaged item they should pay for shipping to return to them. Oh no, they do not do that. You pay fo for the return of their cheaply made, damaged product. Part of Outdoor Solar Outlet is that they want happy purchasers, this could not be further from the truth. I do not recommend or believe in this company and will never buy from Outdoor Solar Outlet!

I would give a zero due to service! I ordered 2 packs of solar lights since they offer a 10% online to sign up. They only gave me 5%. The lights are smaller than expected but ok. I emailed the issue and a Ed Lavi from their customer service 3 days later emailed back “what is the issue?” They don’t read the email. So I emailed Ed back again that I did not get the 10% discount. A week later his response was “that’s the only discount we give, the 10%” So now irritated emailed again! You only gave me 5%. No response, 2 weeks. 5 emails, called 5 times, left a message and today I finally got a guy, probably Ed, who said oh yes you got the discount. I said no I got 5%. He then says they only give 10% on the first item you order? I said I ordered 2 and that’s not what your website says. He just says sorry. Now I’m upset because I said it took 3 weeks to get someone and it’s a stupid 4.00 that they could have credited me back. I told him that was false advertising, look at his website. He then just hung up on me???? What kind of business is this? Ran in a garage? No service, no responses and don’t follow what their website states! Don’t order, I’m going to BBB now since that rude service! It’s the point now not the little $4.00. It won’t let me paste their 10% offer here.

Muy caro el producto y no dura mucha la carga

It appears it is impossible to return items. Product was purchased as a gift for my wife who determined she wanted a different product. Outdoor Solar Outlet said to return the item and provided and provided a shipping address saying they do not provide return labels. Therefore I paid for shipping and USPS attempted two deliveries and is sending the item back to me because Outdoor Solar Outlet is not accepting delivery nor willing to pick up the item at USPS service center.

The size of the lamps was much smaller than expected. The return process was very cumbersome, and I am still waiting for the refund

The lighted lily's that were shipped to me did not resemble the lighted lily's pictured on the website at all. The first shipment the flowers had, what looked like, a black oil or grease spots on some of them. The second shipment was never opened by me and instead were immediately sent back to OutdoorSolarOutlet. I used the return label sent to me by OutdoorSolarOutlet to send both shipments back. It was dropped off by me at the UPS store on 1-3-2026, and was to be picked up on Monday, 1-5-2026 ( estimated). I expect a full refund including the tip ASAP. Thank you in advance for returning my money to me.

Wrong product sent: - Ordered: pathway Member's Mark, model #10489 - Received: pathway lights from Berkley Jensen, model #257372 No customer support during Holidays. No customer support by email at all.
