I received the order but they were to small so I had to return them. I mailed them back yesterday. The return process is annoying. The website gives little information on the return process.

I actually really like the products I have purchased just disappointed that 2 of my prior purchases didn’t work. One brand new and had a bad battery - had to purchase a new battery and it works!

The lights do not work that great, they do not give out much light. I tried charging the batteries (instruction sheet with it said it might need new batteries) but since I just got it I don’t think it should need new batteries already.

I requested batteries at 700 MaH as that is what was originally installed. I received 600 MaH plus they were all dated 2016. I also purchased new lights that I am very satisfied with plus the batteries included were dated 2024. That is what I should have received in my order but instead received old batteries dated 2016. Not happy with those as they are only lasting past 4 hours.

This is my first time ordering from this company. Received order as indicated. Pleased with the product; however, 2 of the lights did not work after being out for 6 hours. I opened the battery compartment and re adjusted the battery and it still did not light up. I have ordered new batteries to determine if that is the problem, will follow up.

The system was easy to mount but one of the set screws was missing. Had I not found a set screw at a local building supply would have returned the whole thing. Quality control was missing.
