I am very particular about what is a "warm" verses soft or cold light and my lights were advertised as being between amber and warm - perfect! When I received them, they are absolutely "cold" and had to spend $21 to return after customer service person told me they were soft white when that is absolutely not on description that I screenshot and showed them. I would never buy soft white lights.

Lights are fine. Lack of a manual and no call back from company after I left a message makes me want to warn people against this co. Also-I found it outside of Amazon but it came vis Amazon, which I am boycotting

I have not received my order due to product being out of stock. Credit card was charged even though product was not shipped. Customer service was good once but very poor the other times.

I have tried to contact you twice since I received my order. The remote dimmer does not work. It stays on full brightness and will not turn off. I sent a message to your online helper and on to Lavi Edwin at his email address My MAC says it was sent and not returned as a bad address. Please respond

First the package arrived it was bought on amazon and shipped second it was broken would not let me get a refund they sent a replacement instead after I asked for a refund. come to find out the price they bought it on amazon was 50 cheeper than what they charged me. this is false advertising check amazon before you purchase from this co

I received 2. When the first one died, I replaced the battery and all was well. When the 2nd one died, I went to change the battery and inside was all corroded and the bracket holding the battery was loose. Needless to say, it does not work. I emailed and chatted to no avail. Wish I had seen these reviews before buying. I agree, DO NOT BUY THESE.
