1st time and last time. Struggle with customer service. Sent string lights with 40 watt bulbs. Plugged in and 1/2 lights blew. Replace remaining lights with standard sting light bulbs, works well. Customer service will not refund partial.

Edwin Lavi promised me three times to send the proper fasteners that hold the ground staked solar lights to- gether ... so far I have not received the short shipped products and can't use these fixtures. Very poor service if you have a problem !! Would not buy from them ever again !

Purchased 10 outdoor Ballard solar lights and put them in my yard at a secondary home. After one month they rusted. Paid a little higher price for them because they said they were commercial grade stainless steel. When I started corresponding with the company, they told me it was because I put them in a coastal environment and I was passed my 21 day return policy. I told them that when I put out the original 10 lights, I had ordered 10 more because I like the look of them, but this was before I discovered they would rust in less than a month. I asked if I could at least return the second shipment of the boxes that had never even been opened. All they could ever tell me was I was way past my 21 day return policy. Spent over $2000 in lights that I cannot use in the location that I bought them for. They need to update their descriptions and they should’ve been a little more flexible on taking back the second set of lights that had never been taken out of the box because I did tell them it was for a secondary home that we didn’t go to very often. Very, very, very, very disappointed in this company. If I could give them a negative rating, I would .

Attempted to buy a replacement remote and went to chat to ask questions. After my initial question I received no reply - their chat says at the top "we reply immediately" Evidently NOT!

The lights are so cheaply made! One of the torches lights didn’t work and I asked for a replacement and they asked me to change the batteries.Why do I need to change the batteries on a new light that is solar.?I ordered some landscape lights that should have been warm white .they sent me cool white . The customer service is horrible .Im never buying from them again and I will let know everyone I know about my experience

One of the two sets of string lights I purchased doesn’t work at all. The other as well as the lantern ones are way too dim. I have not unpacked the shepherd light as I am still awaiting a response to return everything and get a refund
