2 of my lights do not really work. I have to physically mess with them and then they only work for about 10 minutes.

The solar light system delivered was not the 84w system pictured item that I ordered. What was delivered was a 32w system from amazon that is $ 49.00!!!

Poor quality. The magnifying section was not glass or clear acrylic but a variegated surface area that was not clear to see-through. Extraordinarily poor quality and poor Customer Service.

The way the item was shipped was horrible! It's all packed in Styrofoam that just pretty much fell apart while in transit! There were some dents and scratches on the back of the solar panel there was pieces of broken glass everywhere inside the box the bolts screws nuts and washers were scattered all over in the box and when I contacted customer service they tried blaming fedex for the way it was packed! I emailed them got 1 reply and I explained all this and sent it and a week goes by and no reply so I called and they said they can either send a replacement light or their recommendation was for me to keep this light and he said they can give me a partial refund on the payments well I asked how much are we talking about he said 30 so I agreed on that and all they gave me was 15 bucks refund on my payments so I will never shop with them again!

I bought solar pathway lights. The style is nice and the light pattern is good. However, they charge poorly. The ones that got ambient light only lasted an hour in the evening. Even the ones that get full sun only last a few hours. Contrast that with cheaper Hampton products from Home Depot that last all night in the same place. So I contacted customer service via email. The autoreply said I would hear back in 2 days. It's been 2 weeks and no response. Complete waste of money

Don’t walk away from this company-RUN. When it comes to customer service they have none. Called, e-mailed, text over 10 days. They very rarely pick up a phone to a see you directly. Two lights did not work, one lid broken, cheaply made product, and insufficient lighting. They made every effort not to send a call tag and to refund the purchase. If you do not continue to contact them, which I believe is there sole purchase, they will continue to do nothing. I finally received my call tag and returned the merchandise. It took them over 10 days to finally issue the refund. They are nasty, disrespectful and to make matters even worse, they hung upon me 3 times. Not a company you ever want to do business and trust.

Absolute horrible customer service. I placed an order and never received any confirmation. Called to follow up, a week later, and requested an email confirmation with tracking info. Never got the email. Reciecieved a criptic text instead. Edwin Lavi was horrible to deal with. Everything was my fault. Then I finally received an email that said my ordered delivered to a customer from a different state. Again Edwin Lavi said it was my fault for incorrect shipping info which was the same as the credit card info that I entered and the deliver address. Still have not received the product I ordered. The worst online customer service I have ever experienced. Think twice about ordering anything from this company.
