Good company to deal with

A $10.00 difference in 3 vs 4 seat table, invoiced $500. plus shipping!!!!!! who ever's fault it was in ordering Attempted to order a outdoor table on line, the site was not working. So i called and seemed to be a nice guy Matt ordered our table and when install we received an ADA or ? 3 seat table when we clearly wanted a 4 seat. So i called and he was not available, when finally spoke matt was not helpful, just said he would send an invoice for the 4th seat. (a difference of 10.00) between 3 seat and 4 we received a $500.00 invoice plus shipping. After this transaction i could never recomend this company.

I ordered 2 double over queen bunk beds. The product was shipped per the original schedule... but I received 2 queen over queens that would not fit in my bunk house. After some discussion of options...I returned both beds and received a full refund with absolutely no hassle... which I really appreciated! Hence the rating

Should of made purchase sooner, But, who knew we were going to have SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES. Matt ,those with him gave updates that were real time. Product just as ordered on non metered -- haven't unboxed metered yet -- believe there what I ordered...

Took a little time but we ordered well in advance so it was all good. You were very good about keeping us informed about what was going on and on when our order would be shipped. Would order again from you and would tell friends and family to order from you.
