Purchased a 6' Heritage bench. Was told 4-6 weeks. It arrived in 8 (thus missing the dedication ceremony as this was a memorial bench). Upon opening the crate I discovered the wrong slats had been sent. What should have been cedar colored Resin wood - were actually, what appeared to be particle board with a weird shiny plastic coating. I was advised to send an email outlining my purchase and to include photos of what I had received. I was told that I did indeed receive the wrong slats (they even went so far as to say they did not even recognize the slats I had received). I was told that they had 40 benches coming in that week - and the correct slats would be sent then. Two days later I received a one line email telling me my money was being refunded and if I want the correct slats I could place an order. WTF!! So here I am with a frame and no slats - and absolutely NO confidence in a company that would make a mistake, admit it, and then simply walk away without making it right. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Quick ship my as*… I ordered these on may 21st and today is September 5th, still no chairs. They pushed delivery date back 3 times. Zero communication, I had to reach out for update and wait every time. Not to mention they changed colors I ordered cause they didn’t have the right one in stock by the time they got to my order. I have now filed the chargeback as it’s been over 3 months and no fulfillment. Awful service.

Be careful with your ordering. There restocking fee is 30% of the item. Example: $449 item restock fee $135 plus shipping which could be up to $100 for this furniture. Also, should have known with there bs marketing. Says on the website “order now to before tariffs”. The furniture is made in the USA. NO TARIFFS! Just that bit of deceit speaks volumes

I ordered the Moon Valley Rutic Tete-a-Tete Yard Swing from Outdoorsiness which was listed for $657. One week later, after not receiving an order confirmation, I contacted Outdoorsiness via Live Chat and was notified that my order was cancelled because I did not confirm a shipping date. The representative claimed that they attempted to contact me via email which surprised me as I am diligent in checking my email. I then verified that they had my correct email address which they did. When I requested that my order be reinstated I was told that I would have to place a new order, oh and by the way, the price has since gone up to $819.99, an increase of $162.99. I have since ordered a swing from another company which appears to be more trustworthy and so far communication with them has been positive.
