OUTDOORGOODSTORE.COMReviews of outdoorgoodstore.com

This company has outstanding customer service! They are extremely accommodating and they put clients' needs first. I will definitely be purchasing more products from their online store. Thank you, Tyler H., for your help and kindness!

The selection of cycling kits at Outdoorgoodstore.com was amazing! My order also arrived within the estimated delivery window. The kit was well packed and looked great upon opening! As impressive was the customer service - Tyler sent an email immediately following my order to provide contact information in the event I needed to get in touch with someone. I appreciate that kind of attentiveness. Will definitely recommend this site to friends.

Tyler was very helpful from the start of this order until completion with card info for invoice and got my discount also. He helped with my design and notified me very frequently with the changes I made and his suggestion. Also notified me that plant was backed up with orders and dealing with covid 19 and not to worry that it would come as soon as possible. Received jersey and could not be more satisfied. It was awesome and colors poped like I hoped. Thank you Tyler for a enjoyable experience with this order. Definably going to brag on this company for my friends to purchase jerseys.

Great Jerseys. I'm waiting on 2 to arrive today and after this post I'm ordering more. Quality jerseys with 3 weeks delivery.

Second purchase from ODGS. Customer service is above and beyond. Tyler took really good care of me on a mis sized jersey. Highly recommend these guys.

good service and quick delivery

Having spent time trying to obtain a specific cycling kit, I came across Outdoor Good Store who had just what I wanted, after spending some time reveiwing them I ordered the kit on the website which was very easy to use but I didn't take time te review what I ordered and made a mistake but Tyler at Outdoor emailed me the same day and kindly suggested I did not perhaps want two bib shorts and no top! perhaps I wanted 1 bibshorts and a top which I of course did. He sorted out the order with no fuss and the products were delivered well ahead of expected arrival date and the quality is excellent as is the price. I will definitely buy from them again and I cannot recommend them highly enough. GIve them a try - you will not be disappointed.

I was a bit wary as all the reviews are from this year. . Service was superb! I ordered a size up on my cycling jersey as recommended, it fits great and is of good quality. It took two weeks to arrive which was faster than advertised. I highly recommend the site. I'll be ordering more in the future.
