Scam! I've been waiting on a shirt the promises would be delivered on a certain date. They did not send the shirt and said they cannot refund my money because it was donated to Charlie Kirk's family. I'm filing with the better business bureau and will dispute charge with my bank. Do not use them!

I ordered 3 shirts from this company, and then I read some negative reviews. I got upset with the company and wanted my money back. The emails I received back were nothing but respectful and they explained my items had already been prepared to ship, so I waited to see and yes I got my shirts and they are great quality, I did write to apologize for jumping to conclusions by some negative reviews. I will definitely order from them again

Do Not order from this store. We received emails from a courier in China with a phone number from China. Outdoorgoodstore didnt respond to phone calls, emails, or texts. I disputed the charge with my CC company and received a refund from my credit card company. This place is a scam.

I ordered and paid for a complete kit with jersey and bibs however I only received the jersey. I’ve emailed the company twice, left a voicemail and tried messaging them through Instagram and no response. I left a review on their website but they never posted it.

Definitely a scam. Paid as much for express shipping as I did the item. Never arrived, no communication from them. Did get one email and they said I cancelled my own order and they refunded me. Neither true. They've not answered since. Shoulda read Trustpilot first...

Scam. Do not order from them. Will not respond to email, text or phone calls. Order never arrived, and company is ignoring all attempt at communication.

I purchased the 7-11 and Mercatone Uno retro cycling jerseys. The jerseys are high quality and the fit was true to the size chart. Great service and fast delivery.

Update to my earlier review. After a couple of rides In the cycling kit I will no longer be using the bib shorts. They are extremely uncomfortable to ride in. The seams are in the wrong place and rub in places you don't want them to. The chamois is also poorly shaped so rather than adding comfort it clumps up and adds pressure again to areas you don't want pressure. Little disappointed but I suppose you get what you pay for. The top is fine,no issues with that just a shame the bib shorts are so poor.
