Ourtime seemed like a viable site to meet women my age, so I gave it a shot. I paid in advance for a 6 month subscription, set up my account and that is where things went south. I kept trying to log on and I couldn't. Site kept saying "reset your password" so I tried...and tried...and tried. I contacted customer service numerous times regarding this issue and kept being told to "reset my password"...after a few weeks of this I said I wanted a refund and cancel my subscription. They stated since I had sent emails (i had sent some messages through the app when it let me in on my cell phone temporarily and once on my home computer, after that I wasn't able to get on again). I think they are a very poor site with no concern for their "clients". They never helped, now refuse to refund any of my money. DO NOT JOIN!!!

they cancelled me for no reason, stating suspicious activity. I have been nothing but respectful to everyone I wrote on our time I did zero nothing suspect. I appealed it, within a few minutes they sent auto response they rejected appeal. no way humanly possibly anyone adequately checked into my appeal, no way. They wrote I can contact them to start a new profile but you cant, no live agents, they do NOT respond to emails with any answers or agent trying to help, there is no help. THen their sister site match also after taking a months subscription from me, did not bother to tell me my account was hacked and my profile had been altered. when I wrote them over 3 weeks ago when someone mentioned my profile had been changed, not a single response other than an auto response we got your complaint and today I see they also cancelled that account. so they dont tell you when acct is hacked, they take money for a subscription even though anyone seeing profile sees nothing that I wrote as it was all hacked away, never informed me and they penalize me by cancelling both accounts as if I was the one who did something wrong. NO decent business does this in my opinion. I have made complaints to appro. agencies, I will not let this go until they rectify it. to do this to a senior citizen is cruel. If I have to talk to a lawyer, I am prepared to do so. fed up customer of many years

WARNING: “OUR TIME” Legally Steal Your Money; They Are Scams. They will take your money and then cancel you after a month or two. They did me. I paid $150 for a year's subscription, and this Jewish lady, whom I met on “Our Time,” wrote to them and had me banned. How do I know? Because she told me so. Why, because I was a Christian and supported President Trump. She said, “I can never be around a Trump supporter, or Christian, no, I will have you banned. And she did. A day later, I tried to go on “Our Time,” but I couldn't get on. And that same day, a lady I met on “Our Time” called me. I gave her my phone number. she said, “Hey Paul, are you ok? I tried to contact you on “Our Time” and it said you were banned.” “OUR TIME” does not allow you to define yourself; these communists find you guilty without and chance of a defense. Do not use these websites unless you have money you want to through away.

Went to sign up for Outime.com and review, entered my email address but it said is not accepted, what's up??? Tells me they only want certain people they can easily take advantage of

If I could give zero stars I would. Ourtime is the worse of all their sites. Ourtime has you complete criteria your looking for then throw everything you're not looking for at you. Save your money and consider Facebook dating.

i’ve been checking out online dating sites and Our Time was supposed to be one of the better ones. Unfortunately, I do not think this is true. I simply have not been able to contact them (other than getting standard form responses, knowing full well that a real person has not read emails), to delete my account, to even get into my account… Extremely frustrating and a huge waste of time. “Don’t Go There” is my advice.

horrible customer service. you ask for help and you get a bot response telling you your account is great, except you can't get logged into it. pathetic
