I ordered both a belly ring and a pair of nipple barbells . They sent the belly ring and that’s it . When I emailed them about the mistake , they replied that it was delivered , which it has not been . I try to trust random websites with small businesses if they look legit but lately all of them have gained the same reputation and use the current situation as an excuse to cut corners with customer service . An email explaining separate packaging or longer than normal delivery time would be fine because I’m understanding but to say it’s delivered and that’s that . . . Just seems dismissive.
