What I received was exactly what the picture showed and it is very cute! I even had ordered the wrong size and they worked with me to get the new one. The shipping was a little bit delayed but it wasn’t a big deal. Very happy!

The order process from check-out to delivery was smooth. There was a follow-up email for order confirmation and a second email for tracking the delivery route. Thank you, Oufer.

The jewelry is such high quality! I'm so happy with the styles that are offered for earrings. I do wish that there were more options for nose studs because I would buy some higher quality nose studs from Oufer if they were offered. But I am SO happy with my helix jewelry.

I ordered a product before through Amazon and it was great however, this time I ordered directly through the website and I haven’t received my order and nobody from customer service is helping me.

Hello there, yeah, we just checked the tracking number, it just arrived in Canada. Sometimes the logistics really can not control. We have uploaded the tracking number, please you can follow your package with it. And totally understand how you expect your new babes, please give it a little more patience. :)
