I paid but my watch never arrived despite my attempts to contact and solve the issue.

Andre, we’re sorry this turned into such a frustrating experience. We replied to your first message on July 19, and you confirmed receiving that response that evening, but we then missed the follow-up we had promised within a day or two. We understand why that gap left you feeling ignored, and that part was our mistake. UPS never recorded receipt of the package, so we issued a full refund, and if the watch still arrives, it is yours to keep.
