I never received the watch I purchased.
I never received the watch I purchased. The company could not determine what happened to the watch. They issued a full refund 10 days after they originally sent me the tracking information.

The watches offered are very attractive…
The watches offered are very attractive but this watch does not work and the minute hand is loose. I am returning it for warranty service. The watch should not have been shipped in this condition. I also bought another watch a month ago, and that watch was running over 10 minutes a day fast. When your listings state that the watches perform within acceptable specs, they should do so. It’s very frustrating to buy a vintage watch that is supposed to be functioning well only to need service.

Hi, I apologize for the poor delivery experience. We always check our watches before shipment, but sometimes the journey to the customer can uncover issues we didn't see. I encourage you to send the watch running for 10 minutes a day back for a service (free of charge). I see you've had a few orders with us, and would love to help make it right.
