I made a mess on my first order and reached out to request an exchange before shipment. Jen on their customer service team handled things for me and was a pleasure to work with. Honestly, their customer service is amazing. Their crystal bracelets are just beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous. They provide the source of the stones, which I appreciate being environmentally conscious. On top of that, my order arrived quickly, which I really appreciated since two of the bracelets were gifts. I highly recommend OtterSpirit! Since placing that first order, I've come back and purchased one more as a birthday gift for a friend. She loved the bracelet! I have no doubt I'll be returning for more.

Oh my gosh where do I even start? This company and their staff are beyond amazing. I accidentally placed an order and was hoping to cancel but it had already shipped. Sonia (the employee I spoke to) not only gave me a full refund but told me to keep the bracelet anyways. I was stunned by the generosity and immediate help she offered. It’s so rare to deal with kind people in this day and age. If you want to feel that warmth, purchase a quality item from this incredible company!!!!!!

This was the first time ordering from Otter Spirit and I could not be more pleased. My three sets arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. Prsentation was great as well. The sheen and the colors of the various beads were just beautiful. Now, two sets are gifts and I have not seen the individuals yet. I was assured that if sizing was a problem, I could reach out for help to correct it. I ran into a situation where my bracelet broke and beads scattered. Customer service is absolutlely the best! They are replacing it. It was a pleasure to work with them, as well as a great experience. Otter Spirit's background and mission is a truely inspiring story.
