Otter SpiritReviews of otterspirit.com

The bracelets are a lovely quality and there’s a lot of variety. I appreciate the packaging of the items as well. However it’s the excellent customer service that stands out. In all my interactions I have had they provided prompt and thoughtful responses. Highly recommend!

Otter Spirit are such an amazing company! I have purchased many times, not just for myself but have also gifted others with their beautiful pieces! I can’t speak highly enough of them, their product and their customer service! Exceptional in every way! 🫶🏻

I am so in Love with this company I've been newly introduced to. I am an Astrologer and am always looking for crystals I can wear that aren't to eccentric, more down to earth, my style, just wearable looks i can use everyday even when going out with friends also for my videos I do on my Social media.. Here are a few of my new necklaces I've adorned in my most recent videos. LOVE LOVE LOVE them .. their pieces are so affordable and priceless at the same time...they also come in sets which is so key for me. In my videos I am wearing Lapis Lazuli (blue) Selenite in the one with my black and white shirt and Golden Tiger Eye in the final one. I pair them with the energy of the week I am interpreting at the time. The themes coincide with the crystals. I am a forever fan and client. Warmly, Michelle.. Michellepastrology. XO

I’m really pleased with my necklace from Otter Spirit. The gemstones are beautiful and clearly good quality. The website was easy to navigate, and delivery from the US to the UK was impressively speedy. I would definitely recommend Otter Spirit for authentic crystals and will certainly be ordering from them again 👍💕

The gem stones and jewelry are of a beautiful radiant quality .The company offers a unique collection , packaged in a lovely keepsake box with description of the gem . Truly an exquisite gift for my daughter’s 40 th birthday . The folks are a pleasure to work with .

I purchased a couple of bracelets this past Spring. They came beautifully boxed , and I loved them immediately. I loved that the company donates to Otters. As I was putting my bracelets in this morning, one broke. I was so disappointed and heartbroken. I reached out to their customer service and explained what happened and that I was getting ready to put in a large order for Christmas gifts , but now I was hesitant in doing that , If they break easy. They explained to me that it was under a 2 year warranty and they would be happy to replace it upon receiving a picture of the broken. Bracelet, which I sent . They are replacing it right away. I was so impressed with customer service for answering my email right away, and their caring attitude. I feel confident now in ordering from them in the future. Thank you Sonia for all you help !!

I love all jewelry, crystals and more….. When I emailed asking a question, they got right back to me and were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Otter Spirit. Love the quality of merchandise and customer service.
