Received my unit a couple of weeks ago and it worked for eight days. Contacted the company and was advised that I had to notify them waiting seven days....really? I bought the unit as I thought it would be good for a person with a disability who could not manage a conventional toothbrush. What a shame that this company treats their customers with such disdain. Dont but this product from this company! There are others on the market..one company sent me a free unit after they heard what happened.disgusting!

Wish I could give negative stars, their Otobrush, a supposed automatic toothbrush is absolutely worthless. It does not even remotely perform as advertised, not even close, a complete scam and ripoff! No returns allowed because they’re an untrustworthy and crooked company selling a nonfunctional product!
