Woon 11 hoog en moet hopen dat ik een keer niet vast zit in de lift. Helaas reageren ze erg laat en zelfs dan moeten we 1,5 jaar wachten tot we een lift wordt gemaakt.

Otis Elevator repaired the elevator in my office building (with four stories)about two months ago. My office is on the fourth floor, and I have a bad ankle. They flushed the hydraulics to the elevator, and put in new fluid. They charged a little less than $50,000 for this. About two weeks ago, the elevator broke again. We found out today that the reason the elevator broke is that they installed a bad elevator seal, so all the hydraulic fluid leaked, so the elevator stopped working!!!! Shouldn't they know the seal is bad? Shouldn't they stand behind their parts? Shouldn't it take less than two weeks to repair a broken elevator? They didn't even come to look at it until late last week. It was 94 degrees here yesterday. This is how pathetic the service repairmen are, and how poor the the quality of the parts of Otis Elevator are. DO NOT BUY ELEVATORS FROM THESE CLOWNS AND DO NOT HIRE THEM TO REPAIR ELEVATORS!!!

La seriedad....la preparación de los técnicos y como siempre dicen.....no tengo piezas.....una vergüenza

Creía que OTIS era una empresa responsable y profesional, tenemos una promoción de pisos y no paran de reírse de nosotros, aceptamos la oferta pagando la mitad del importe tal y como nos pedían a mediados de noviembre de 2025, y a la fecha todavía no han empezado el montaje, primero nos dijeron que a principios de mayo tendrían los materiales y a la semana siguiente empezaban el montaje, después que para mediados de mayo, y ahora nos dicen que en la segunda quincena de junio, y todo sin contestar el teléfono cada vez que se les llama. No contratéis con ellos ningún ascensor!!

Mieses Management, Aufzug 2 Wochen defekt. Nach der ersten woche auf Anfrage wurde mir gesagt das Ersatzteil muss bestellt werden. 2te Woche hieß es das Defekte bauteil aus dem Ausland geliefert wird und jetzt kommen soll. Sorry 2 Wochen ist schon ein absolutes nogo für mich

Je voulais partager avec vous ma deception et mes mécontentements concernant le service Otis. Réponse pas fiable un même script répéter par tous les agents pour rassurer les clients. Avec une agressivité sur Les réponses et raccroché au nez.

There is an Otis elevator in my office building. My office is on the 4th floor. Since I moved in over 2 years ago, this thing has never worked properly. The 4th floor button has NEVER WORKED PROPERLY AT ALL!! You must press it multiple times, and pray at some point it actually lights up. Some times you must press the third floor first to make the 4th floor button light up. The hydraulics in the elevator have never worked properly-the elevator HAS NEVER GLIDED UP AND DOWN, IT JERKS UP AND DOWN! A couple of months ago, the elevator stopped working, and it was 10 days before it was fixed. Last week, it started running in a veyr jerky motion again. The building's owners paid Otis $48k to refill the hydraulic fluid! Today, the elevator is totally broken again!!!! Who knows when it will be fixed, and I am sure it will not be fixed correctly. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY AN ELEVATOR FROM THIS COMPANY AS THE ELEVATORS DO NOT WORK, AND THE TECHNICIANS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THEM IF THEY BREAK!!!

Abbiamo chiamato l’ascensorista mercoledì 29 aprile per un guasto a Terni in un palazzo di otto piani, dove vive tutta gente anziana e la maggior parte con invalidità, si sono presentati i tecnici di sabato anzi il tecnico dicendo che era l’unico reperibile e che l’ascensore lo bloccava per rimandare i lavori poi a lunedì, gli anziani sono rimasti tutti bloccati a casa perché senza ascensore non possono scendere, io mi domando avendo fatto i lavori per rimetterlo a norma da quattro mesi circa e avendo speso una valanga di soldi, mi domando come si può avere un Ascensore che ogni poco si rompe. Servizio pessimo per quanto riguarda il pronto intervento se loro sarebbero venuti da mercoledì che sono stati chiamati giovedì o venerdì l’ascensore sarebbe stato in funzione invece ci troviamo a dover attendere lunedì se vengono per poter sistemare l’ascensore.
