Mal ehrlich und kompetent kommunizieren. Unser Auftrag liegt schon fast ein Jahr bei Fa.Otis. Anzahlung ist bereits bezahlt.Angeblich kommt das Ersatzteil nicht bei. Auf Nachfrage bekommt man keine Auskunft oder die Zusage über einen Rückruf.Aber es ruft weder jemand zurück noch meldet sich jemand.So geht man nicht mit Kunden um.Also empfehlen kann man diese Firma tatsächlich nicht. Ein absolutes no go!!!!

Well have been trying to get a quote since mid - november.. numbers are either disconnected, no answer, left message, even with now the state manager and 1 week later still no answer and a new message. Try this phone number and press 5, number is not connected. It is almost funny how difficult it is to obtain a quote.. Finally mid december got them to come out to view and then were going to send me the quote the following week. That did not happen, i appreciate it is X-mas and new year, but it is over a month later and still i cant email or speak to anyone. I cant tell you if i recommend as i can't get a quote for them to do a job, but i do suggest that you take a week off and call them each hr daily on various numbers until you can get a response. I think it is now 5-6 different people who have not called me back now, so its not even one unorganised person. Never used them before, so can't be personal.. at a loss...

Depuis ce matin un technicien devait venir à 22h45 toujours pas d'ascenseur ni de technicien. Il est prévu qu'il vient aujourd'hui. Donc il y a de l'incompétence au niveau des techniciens et les standardistes.

Seit 75 Tagen ist unser Aufzug defekt und ich wohne selber mit 3 Kindern in der 5 Etage und muss meine Tochter immer hoch tragen.Angeblich versuchen Sie seit 75 Tagen das defekte Teil zu reparieren und auf Emails antworten Sie auch nicht. Einfach unverschämt...

Au bout de combien de semaines, estimez vous qu'il est urgent de réparer un ascenseur ? Chez nous c'est depuis le 30 novembre. Certes on nous dit que les pièces manquent mais un ascenseur en panne dans un Ministère ou à l Élysée, attendrait il autant ?On nous donne aucun date ? Une entreprise comme la vôtre ne peut pas avoir un stock de pièces de sécurité ? Apparemment non. Peut être quelqu'un lira ce message et voudra en savoir plus. Pour information, l'immeuble a 9 étages et des gens sont malades, âgés et il y aussi des mamans avec de jeunes enfants.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 je le ferais. Une honte. Ascenseur bloqué dans une résidence PMR. Le standard otis est pire qu incompétent. Ils sont archi nuls et mettent des heures à intervenir.
