Comme on peut pas s exprimer comme on veut ici....lol. personnes pas faites pour ce métier. Toujours le même problème,revienne et revienne.

Service client de piètre qualité, tout ce qui les intéresse c'est d'obtenir de l'argent. Chose faite, ils ne sont même pas capables de me fournir une facture. Malgré une multitude de relances, ils m'envoient balader à gauche et à droite ou c'est le silence radio derrière. À se demander s'il s'agit d'une vraie société car ils ne sont pas capables de fournir une facture d'intervention. Ce sont juste des escrocs.

Cela fait 2 jours que la Otis refuse de remettre l ascenseur en marche car il y a de l eau dans la cuve plusieurs personnes sont allées voir il n'y a pas d eau Moi je suis invalide je marche en deambulateur Je suis coincée chez moi j ai déjà raté un rdv médical samedi matin et j ai une écho cette semaine j ai l impression qu ils s en fiche Aucune pitié pour les personnes comme moi J espère qu ils passeront lundi sinon je deviens folle renfermé Je sais que cela est le mois d août mais quand même J espère que mon avis fera avancer la répartition

Wir haben seit knapp 3 Jahren einen OTIS Aufzug. In diesen knapp 3 Jahren ist er bereits 3-mal ausgefallen und die Reparatur dauerte jeweils mehr als 3 Tage. OTIS wirbt mit einer Reaktionszeit von 1 Stunde. Bei uns war aktuell nach 2 Tagen noch kein Techniker vor Ort.

If you ever want to modernize your elevators DO NOT opt for Otis. No other company wants to take over the contract due to the fact that they can't get the proper supplies from Otis and Otis DOES NOT respond to service requests any more. Several years ago they were a good company but have fallen apart over the past 2 years and have the very worst service I have seen in my many years of dealing with vendors!

Pessima assistenza. Oggi sono rimasto bloccato nell’ascensore di City Life, quello che sale dal parcheggio al supermercato. Ho chiamato emergenza Otis, mi hanno detto che sarebbero intervenuti subito perche’ ha City Life c’e’ un presidio tecnico locale. Non hanno voluto chiamare i pompieri, stavo per farlo io dopo 40 minuti quando finalmente e’ arrivato un tecnico che ha aperto. In quella cabina ci saranno stati almeno 40 gradi. Quando ho fatto presente che aspettavo in quelle condizioni da 40 minuti, il tecnico, con tono infastidito, mi ha risposto che lui ha un tempo di intervento garantito di 1 ora. Non li denuncio perche’ non ho tempo da perdere, ma e’ inaccettabile un servizio cosi’ soprattutto dove c’e’ un presidio locale.

I can only repeat our experience with previous one star reviews. Otis were supposed to install 2 new lifts in our apartment block. The time given was 6 weeks for each lift. The first one took 8 weeks. The second one is still not finished . Otis employs subcontractors who, in our case were unable to speak English or Dutch and clearly had no idea about installing the lifts. They were not managed by anyone from Otis. Elements were wrongly ordered, causing a 2 week delay on starting the second lift. No work was done and very little in the last 4 weeks . The new date for completion was yesterday but it failed the completion test. Otis clearly don’t care. We are left on hold while the subcontractors find a solution. The seems to be no end to their incompetence. Based on this experience Iwould never recommend this company to anybody

Otisline ces un entreprise incompétent il fait pas sont travaillés on appelle il dit oui on vient après dis appelle passe il arrive mais il fait rien je rappelle et il dit demain il vont passer entreprise fegniont
