It doesn't even deserve one star. It deserves negative marking. Worst is a small word.

I'm a contractor who hired Otis Elevator for 1 Elevator in our new apartment building in 2023. Today,4/17/2025 the Elevator installation is only 90% completed. Otis elevator has been very creative in extra work orders and listing almost everyday of the week as "Premium Time " which they want to charge $700.00 per man hour extra to do the job we contracted them to do. Their "Field Superintendent " does not answer calls, their "Sales Manger" thinks of new ways to charge extras which (after 53 years as a contractor) one would think, hey! That's a part of the Contract. I've offered to get their crew,sit down catered breakfast with back rubs to get them out to do our elevator installation, agreed to 10's of thousands in extras already to do their job and now I'm begging for them to finish their job. But wait! They say they'll finish the job BUT it has to be finished on "Premium Time" @ $5000.00 per day plus $700.00 per man hour AND, if anything we're supposed to have done when then come out to finish, we need to pay them $3000 per day until we do that BUT,they won't tell us what we need to do UNLESS we pay the "Field Superintendent ", remember him?$5000.00 to visit the site and tell us what he wants done. The only problem with that,is the Field Superintendent will not coordinate with the project manager on when he'll show up AND he'll not make any attempt to meet with the project manager while he(supposedly) is onsite. And to add icing on the cake, Otis wants the entire contract balance paid months before they even load the job with their equipment or begin any work at all. My advice, stay TF away from this company.

L'ascenseur est en panne depuis hier soir, je les ais prévenu, on m'as dit que quelqu'un allait venir le réparer dans la journée et toujours personne à l'horizon. C'est pas la première fois qu'on me dit cela. Je trouve ça irrespectueux nous avons des personnes âgées dans l'immeuble mais ils s'en foutent. C'est de pire en pire.

Beim Service werden Bauteile als defekt bezeichnet und ersetzt. Eine Überprüfung ist nicht möglich. Das gleich 2 Akkus nach kurzer Laufzeit defekt sind ist eher unwahrscheinlich. Um 2 x 2 Flachstecker aus und einzustecken berechnet die Firma 1/2 Std. Arbeitszeit.

Schandalige service van OTIS . Verkopen de nieuwste lift met batterujen en krijgen deze lift zelf niet in werking! Ze hebben hiervoor maar 1 persoon die er iets van af weet. Na 2 jaar moet je batterijen vervangen en dan begint de miserie weer . Geen enkele technieker krijgt dit in orde! Facturen sturen ze onmiddelijk op en geen enkele garantie! Koop geen lift van Otis

Onderhoudsabonnement van een Otis-lift is ongeveer driemaal zo duur als marktconforme onderhoudskosten.

Nos instalaron, en Málaga, un salvaescaleras hace 2 meses y 20 días sin funcionar. Cuando falla una determinada pieza de la que no tienen existencias tardan 5 o más días en arreglarla.

Un desastre de empresa Vienen y no lo reparan. Llevamos 4 días con el ascensor parado pese a tener el mantenimiento premium.
