OSR Market by Ayva SoftwareReviews of osrmarket.io

Even tough, unfortunately, the device I purchased received some minor damages during shipping, the customer service was top notch. They very quickly offered a fix and a $20 USD compensatory refund or an actual full refund for the whole price of the device once returned.

Received product exactly as listing showed. Shipment was quick and processed exactly how the listing described it would be.

Everything quality, shipping etc... you could not ask for anything better. 6 out of 5 stars, ok!

Excellent build quality, and even better customer service. They were very quick to respond to questions, and work together to figure out resolution. I cannot speak highly enough about their communication.

Very high quality products.

Everything went perfectly, Order placed one Week later arrived and everything works perfectly 5 Stars for sure considering it has to be shipped around the World. Would order anytime again

After a pretty thorough search for an SR6, I went with Ayva Software. They had some good reviews and I took a chance. I ordered the SR6 Midnight Steel Fleshlight Twist + T-Valve with the low noise servos. They cost more, but YOLO. It was a pleasant surprise to have gotten it within one week. I was expecting to wait much longer. It came pretty well-packed. It was in one piece. It was obviously brand new, no return item. So there's that. It's definitely a bit of a learning curve to use it. There wasn't a manual, but hooking it up to the computer was easy enough. The challenge was getting it to work with MultiFunPlayer. Thank god for ChatGPT. It walked me through the whole process. Yes, the free version of ChatGPT. It even knew the differences between the latest version and the Patreon version. (From what I can tell, the Patreon version is quite a bit better). Funny thing, ChatGPT actually made a few scripts to work automatically, with the Twist and the T-valve. It works with Ayva software out of the box. So there's that. Also, some of the subscription-only stuff at Ayva is now free because access comes with the purchase. I'm looking forward to trying some of that in the future. Especially the remote features. Those sound pretty fun. Learning to use it, from a customization standpoint, is difficult, but I figured it out pretty fast (in a few hours of trial and error.) It definitely requires more knowledge than the Handy, but I think it's well-worth putting in the time. It can be a superior experience. The sleeve I used was the Turbo, and it held in place all by itself, no rubber bands or anything required. My impression is the device I bought was solid. It seems very well-constructed. But only time will tell how long it lasts. Hopefully, for a long time.

Clear and detailed pre-sales feedback, quick shipping, polished product.
