This is a terrible company as with the previous review I placed an order on June 17th and have not received the knife. I’ve called an sent messages with no response whatsoever! What terrible customer service I will never do business with this company again so buyer beware is I all I can say.

I wanted to cancel an order from this company. I placed over 50 phone calls, I emailed them, I even used their Web form contact sheet. To this day, not a single Osogrande customer service person has contacted me. They are like ghosts. This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. Even after sending a cancellation of my order prior to them taking money from my account and shipping the order, they still shipped the knife and charged me. I CAN NOT contact them. Take your risk with this company. I would never ever suggest that anybody should ever buy anything from them.

Order two Buck knives that were sent USPS. My order was tracked and shown delivered by USPS, but no package was ever received. Company says since packaged is shown delivered by USPS, there is nothing they will do. Decent companies would resend product. This company will take the money and leave you with nothing.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a Naval Officer sword upon completion of a school due to great price. A month later I had to call to ask the status to which I am told that the company never charged my card since the saber was discontinued. No notification from them via email, no explanation whatsoever. Garbage company.

This company is NOT legit in any way, shape or form. They advertise to sell knives that they do NOT have in stock. They will 'process' your order (which ONLY means they 'receive it'), and then the games begin. The game starts when they do not charge your credit card. Why? Because they do NOT stock ANY knives. This is some guy sitting in his living room with a lap top trying to order your knife wholesale and make a few dollars. When you realize your order is going nowhere and reach out to them, you will get voice mail, no replies to emails, etc. If/when you file a complaint on the BBB you will get a BS response from the owner indicating that you were never charged for the item, or that he has refunded your money, and/or that they made a 'mistake' in the quantity or the shipping or some other BS excuse. Avoid this company unless you are into wasting time waiting for merch that will NEVER show up.

I do not recommend it to anyone, the customer service is very bad, they treat you with reluctance, they inform you badly and they act as if they were doing you a favor ... horrible, as for the rest I can not speak because I buy nothing after all the above, there are better online stores of knives.

From my experience with Oso Grande Knives, it’s not possible to judge whether they are a real business. After I placed an order for three items, I received a confirmatory email. But after a week, when I still had not received an email confirming shipping, I sent my first email to them inquiring as to the status of the order. I sent 3 more emails up until 18 days after placing the order. They never bothered to respond to a single one of my 4 emails. I was finally forced to cancel the order 19 days after I placed it. But they didn’t even reply when I cancelled the order!

My Bank made a mistake and cancelled a purchase due to our card being hacked. The initial contact from Oso Grande stated that my wife and I stole from them and they couldn't understand why we would steal a knife from hard working people like themselves . I called them and paid for the knife. The sales manager stated they they were frustrated because criminals steal from them all the time and was not even remotely interested in hearing my complaint on the content of the email written by his employee. Would recommend never doing business with them. They do not know how to build good customer relations and care not to learn.
