OsoGrandeKnivesReviews of osograndeknives.com

Never buy anything from them, zero communication they have ignored four emails so far and two calls go to voice mail randomly when you are waiting on hold. They don't have a stock on the items listing pages so you will end up waiting for an item that will never come even after you get the "OsoGrandeKnives.com Order Confirmation" email. Just shop around more for a different seller horrible service.

I purchased two “pen” knives. I liked the way they appear online because they look like conventional stick pens. These two pens cost me $47.57. Approximately 4 weeks after my order, I received two sharpened pieces of cheap tubular plastic with a plug on one and and a pen cap on the other. The cap doesn’t even fit on the blunt end of the “knife”. I’m guessing the price of parts and labor was less than $4 per “knife”. I feel duped.

Got ripped off so i decided to back trace the company. They are not in cali, nor indianna nor idaho they are in fact tactical traps , oso knives, the coble company of ca,bear claw trading post, the guy who is ripping you off is a bill c munson has over 30 corporations filed all are shell businesses. They dont do anything but take your money. Current address is in elk city idaho . He is a 68 year old con man.

Horrible! My son asked for a felling axe for Christmas so he could chop wood. I found the one I wanted on Osogrande and ordered it early December. Since then I have called and left messages more than once with customer service and have gotten nothing back. They are a horrible company who clearly scams their “customers”.

Agree with the others. Non-existent company that has a nice website, and no inventory. No one responds to the emails I sent, and have called 40 times and left messages. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Ordered a knife in July. They listed they were moving for several months apologizing for shipment delays...ok it is corona season-maybe I’ll wait it out. Never once responded to emails and they never answer the phone-it goes immediately to voicemail stating it’s outside business hours no matter when you call. Do not buy from them-I am contacting BBB. Positive reviews are to bait you in.

For starters there criminals! Took my money and haven’t received anything I ordered! Damn shame! Guess I’m going to reverse the charges and get my money back.

Same as others, not heard back from from and order placed ages ago. Came on here to see other people's experiences and sure enough, exactly the same as mine
