I ordered two Osmo Homeguard cameras and got something else entirely
I ordered two Osmo Homeguard cameras after reading good reviews of the product online and shopping around. It was supposed to be battery powered and had high memory capacity. What I was shipped was some knockoff product that required solar panels, which were not included, and had low memory capabilities. It also looked nothing like the ones I thought I was purchasing and was probably a lesser product all around but I have no way of measuring that. After attempting to return them, the returns people kept trying to convince me to keep it if they gave me 25% back or even 50% back. After threatening to talk with my bank, they gave me return instructions - to ship it back to the United Kingdom from California! It sure as heck feels like I've been scammed after this and I will not be purchasing from them ever again.
