We have ordered a toaster on July 8th after reading a very good review on what looked to be an independent site. In the email confirmation was mentioned that shipping would take 7-15 days, so we waited. After 15 days I contacted them and the support department was very friendly and offered us a 5% refund (which we did receive) for the inconvenience and promised that the item would be shipped a.s.a.p. On August 10th we received a completely different product which looked very cheap and was shipped from China. Before ordering I did read the reviews of OSMO on Trustpilot and these looked good but now I wonder if a lot of these were fake. I think that OSMO is a drop shipper and/or scammer. Anyhow I have now asked for a full refund, let's see how it goes...

No recomiendo para nada. Compré una barra de sonido y recibí un modelo diferente que no coincidia con lo publicitado. Ni siquiera tenía bluetooth. Indican que tienes una plazo de 30 días de devolución gratuita . Lo que realmente quieren decir que ellos no te van a cobrar nada por devolver algo que te han mandado erróneamente. Los gastos de envío (que son internacionales a Reino Unido) lis tienes que pagar tú. Y esperar a que te hagan reembolso despues de recibir el paquete. Eso sí intentan aplicarte un descuento y que te quedes con algo que no es lo que has pedido. El coste de la compra 119 €. El envío me ha costado 19 €. No te puedes fiar de este comercio y te cuesta dinero por devolver lo que tú no has comprado y ellos te han enviado

Unacceptable wait on my order Osus240562 for electronic water guns. Product arrived not what was depicted. Received low quality product that has already failed. This company is unprofessional and illegitimate. Would not recommend anyone use them. Money market scheme. What fools. Shame on Osmo. Do not ever buy from this company. They are not selling what is advertised. It is cheap overseas garbage. WTF All of the 5 star reviews on here for Osmo are fake, guaranteed. Stay clear

Er worden dingen belooft die niet kloppen de NORD PAW gps tracker werkt niet om hem in te stellen heb je een sim kaart nodig en in de advertentie staat dat niet nodig is bovendien zijn ze niet bereikbaar mails worden niet bezorgt oplichters

Na aankoop van een bluetooth speaker (ontvangen 20-07-2026) en de teleurstellende kwaliteit, een email gestuurd naar osmo-official.com en, volgens de procedure op de Osmo website om de speaker te retourneren. Sinds 20-07-2026 diverse e-mails gestuurd naar hierboven genoemde emailadres, zonder een reply te hebben ontvangen en we zijn nu bij 08-09-2026.
