This is first order. Easy ordering Money back guarantee and support..will rate later after arrival and use. I added to this as a few minutes after ordering I received an email from Osmo: "would you like to buy shipping insurance for your product..$4.99..don't they cover this on the price I paid? Don't like this tactic. I declined.

I hate on line shopping and purchasing. Can’t really rate my experience yet. We will see if they get it here on time in one piece. I’m inherently distrustful of the entire process, the more stuff gets pushed at me the more I think I am being taken for a ride! Hopefully you live up to review that inspired this purchase.

You offer 15% discount for new customers and when I applied the code (osmo15) it told me it was not available. Also, your promo offers a free wifi extender which is not indicated on the the order. Am I losing that also?

Your final page offers a second unit for for discount , but you charged me full price . The order automatically went through without my being able to confirm . No way to correct . I'm going to demand a refund .
