I had ordered a dash cam and within two days I decided to cancel my order. I was informed that it was too late to cancel. Again I emailed the company explaining my consumer rights and politely asked for their help to have the order cancelled. In reply I received an email acceding to my request. Consequently I am satisfied with the outcome.
