I have nothing to add. Exept from that you are to fast when you ask about The languages. I tryed to say that I used both but it was impossible.

Every time I email the company I get a response not to long after.

They dealt with my request to cancel and refund payment for an order quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, their delivery times did not match my schedule.

Customer Service is excellent, unfortunately the vacuum does not feel like it is a high-quality product and it does not perform on carpets as advertised. But it is lightweight and good for wood or tile floors.

Quick and satisfying Response. That gives us a very good first impression.
