Good experience, especially with customer support. The initial shipment was unfortunately not complete. Contacted customer support, first with a chatbot (hate those) later via e-mail. It took some time and patience but eventually they understood the problem and solved it adequate!

The issue was created by the company sending me spurious e-mails that indicated I had not completed the buying process and that I had not purchased the goods I wanted. On contacting the support it was clarified that the problem was caused by the company but I was reassured by the representative that everything was in order and I would receive my goods in due course.

Good feedback and response to my questions

I found when I contacted them they replied very quickly,and responded to my problems. They have been very helpful.

So far so good in handling my issue. Let’s see once they get my return of goods.
