Would never have ordered if I knew it was coming from a foreign country. That was why you said you didn’t pay for return shipping. Your tracking said international shipping, after you got my money. Cost a lot of money to ship something overseas. Tracking doesn’t show where it is. I am worried that if it gets her it will not worth the money.

Return E mail within 24 hours and offer of better quality replacement, even though I didn't receive what I ordered. I'm gutted. Spent $370.14 so far. To add to the review, the vacuum was of such low quality, it had 140 watt suction compared to the power of the Osmo pro.
