It's all a scam! Ordered the Osmo camera and got a peace of junk with the unknown name "Mivo". Now nobody is answering at the "Osmo support". Horrible disgusting company of thieves!!!!

J'ai acheté un aspirateur de voiture TurboClean Pro. Un accessoire fourni avec l'aspirateur ne peut pas s'adapter sur l'aspirateur, l'embout de l'accessoire est plus grand que l'embout de l'aspirateur !! J'ai signalé ce problème sur la hotline il y a maintenant 15 jours. Depuis, c'est un véritable dialogue de sourd. Je pense cela est volontaire de leur part pour que le délai de rétractation soit expiré. Ce qui est le cas. Le prix de cet aspirateur est quand même de plus de 79,00 €.

I ordered an item on the 28th of April. This is the 10th of May and I have not received any tracking information or such so far. I have emailed support for trackng and have received no response. I believe I’ve been scammed.

Es handelt sich um einen Fakeshop, der keine Zulassung für Deutschland hat. Impressum fehlt und die Webseite/Shop ist illegal. Die Ware ist nur Schrott. Rücksendung ins Ausland ist kostenpflichtig.

This company admits they have no insights into their own supply chain whatsoever. Your order is simply forwarded to a factory in China and you can no get any updated info about which courier that will bring your order to your door -and by the way, my order seems to never arrive despite endless stories from customer support, that the 3 weeks they need to send the package is “because they package it up really carefully”. This company is a fraud. Order your products somewhere else.

1. Unzureichende Verpackung. OVP beschädigt. 2. Falsches Produkt geliefert. 3. Kosten für den Rückversand soll der Kunde übernehmen. 4. Angebot: zum ersten 20% dann 30% oder ein Produkt meiner Wahl! Das ist doch kein Basar! Erneut das richtige Produkt bestellt & auf einmal nicht mehr lieferbar. Eine klare Nicht-Kaufempfehlung!

I just wanted to buy 1! I had to refresh the page and 2 more were added. when i fixed this in my cart the total was 149 then not until after i paid did it say it charged me for 3!
