I ordered a wall thermostat for my home, what was sent was a thermostat for a boiler hydronic system or a 220vac electric heating system. Thermosats in the US are low voltage (24volts), for gas HVAC (air condioioning) & Heating. I have not opened the unit or installed it because I saw the specs. that is was for a European type system. The part was shipped from chino Ca. 91710. But to return it they want me to return it to the UK in Europe,(Osmo c/o The Parcel store. street 1056 Deer Park Rd, Northhampton Northhamptonshire NN3 6RX. $50 shipping. The part was $100. I have full list of emails back n forth obviously with a chat BOT. First off it took longer than they said it would take to get here. Then it was wrong part, then the customer help is 100% ChatBot that is unreasonable. What I want is a return shipping label, like the address it came from in Chico California, and a refund to my credit card.

I ordered a block wallet. The ad said 1-2 day in stock and ready to ship. About twenty days later I received a notification of shipment- from China. What I received was a cheap piece of junk knockoff with none of the features from the advertised wallet. They have not honored their 90 day money back guarantee. Stay away from this company.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased two VideoBell Pro doorbells for a total of €218. Unfortunately, neither device proved to be reliable. After multiple installations, resets, and reconfigurations, the same issues kept returning. The main reason for this review, however, is not the product itself. At the time of purchase, Osmo explicitly advertised a "90 Day Money Back Guarantee." When I later requested to return the products within that period, I was informed that no such 90-day guarantee existed and that only a 14-day return period applied. I provided a screenshot from my order showing the "90 Day Money Back Guarantee" clearly displayed. After submitting this evidence, I did not receive a meaningful resolution. Eventually, my requests were simply ignored. In my opinion, advertising a 90-day money-back guarantee and then refusing to honor it when a customer wants to use it is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Do not use this company. I bought a pair of binoculars. It took forever for them to ship and then shipped the wrong item. At first they tried to persuade me that they had actually sent the correct item. Then they offered a 15% refund and later a 20% refund, arguing that the product they sent was almost as good for my purposes as the one I ordered. It’s not. They should either send me the correct product or give a 100% refund.

I bought a window robot cleaner. I bought it through the company's website because it stated in several places that there is a "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee." The unit does a terrible job at cleaning, it immediately broke, the directions to use the unit are deficient, and when I contacted OSMO to get my money back, they told me that to do so I would have to ship the unit to England via FEDEX, the cost of which would be more that what I paid for the unit. So, there is NO "money-back" guarantee at all.

Eng.: This company is engaged in product fraud. I ordered an AirPurifyer that was described as very good. The price was good without being very low. The product was supposed to have a 360 degree HEPA filter (also in the picture), filter out 99.97 of all particles. Clear 100 sq m/hour. The filter looked like regular HEPA filters. When the product finally appeared, this "fantastic air purifier" turned out to be a complete fraud. A plastic tube with a few holes on each side, small 10 mm thick, very transparent foam rubber filters and a small fan that looked like it came from a PC. At the top was a small compartment where you could drip fragrance oils. I contacted customer service and also sent photos. The answer was that they were sorry if I was confused, but the product pictures matched what was sold. What I had received was without a doubt only a fragrance fan. Warning for this company.

If you want to spend money on an expensive handheld flashlight ($89) but be unsuccessful in having the manufacturer/seller send you a missing part, then Osmo is the company for you. The Osmo LiteForce flashlight is feature/function rich but was sent to me without an owner’s manual on how to set up and use. I contacted Osmo via email on 04/26/2026 asking that they send me the how-to-use information but a month later Osmo has ignored my request. Osmo’s website clearly shows that an owner’s manual is included with the flashlight. The site also describes itself as having “premium support.” NOT MY EXPERIENCE! Giving 1-star rating is much too high, but no lower rating is available.
