Took 3 weeks to arrive. Poor website with no purchase record to show there. Low quality product that upon receiving I came to recognize the price was ridiculously inflated: I paid $99 for the first binocular and then for the 2nd one with 50% discount, but I would be willing to pay $30 for each should I see the product in person prior. The $19 phone attachment accessory should worth no more than a couple of dollars. Very disappointed and a lesson to learn. I don't understand why the overall review here was not so bad so my scam checking around before the purchase wasn't telling me the truth.

My experience with this company wasn’t good, but after some mailings back and forth customer support did sort it out at the end. Credit to them.

Tried to cancel an order 3 times right after I made it with no response from this company. Order was made on May 23 2026 and the only response I got was on June 2 that the item was shipped . This company is a joke so think twice about buying anything from them. They claim to be a U.S. company but everything goes through China. Please don’t deal with this company! They also make it very difficult to return an order.

Expertproductreview.com Robert M, Technical Specialist, rates the Osmo ProVacuum as #1, better than any other brand with a high customer satisfaction rating on Trustpilot. The fine print says this so called review is just an ADVERTISEMENT! Trustpilot says this is a Pet Store and I found no comments about the vacuum. As for the 600W motor, elsewhere it says it's an "upgraded" 380W motor.

I bought a wallet. It was very expensive. When it came, the first thing that I saw was that the wallet covering was very cheap. The credit card holder doesnot hold 12 credit cards but only five at best. The credit card eject mechanism is very cheap and flimsy. I tried to return the wallet however, all I have gotten is "run around" from customer service. Very difficult and non-responsive.

Garden hose product photos are NOT the same as the poor quality product that was received. Also, product was reviewed and priced as 100ft but sent as only 50ft. 14-day return policy requires customer to pay return shipping from the USA via FedEx to an Oxfam warehouse in the UK. This of course is more than 50% the cost of the product. Highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

I ordered this product on March the 16th they say that it has been delivered on June 1 and I have been outside most of the day and at home all day and have not seen anything delivered at all is this a joke or are you a real company or are you someone that scams people
