The item I ordered was too small [ I'm bigger than I thought] this was 100% my fault, the item supplied was exactly what I ordered. I contacted Osmo to replace the item with a bigger size. Their reply to my request was lightening quick, customer service at it's very very best. They will dispatch a replacement item, absolutely no issues, many thanks
