I bought a ProVacuum cleaner that wasn’t to my satisfaction upon use. I used the support email to request a full refund and to return the product. Ella the customer service representative was very helpful in understanding my concerns and asked for a photo of vacuum brush to explain the reasons for my concerns. Without any obligations Ella asked if I would like to trial the updated version of the ProVacuum cleaner that appeared to have a more flexible head to use in particular for my wooden floors without scratching. This Ella has done at no cost to me and I have accepted to trial, gauge and review this updated product. I couldn’t ask for more from Ella who I found very easy to talk to and very understanding.
