I tried to order an electric fan. Despite the site saying that I could get a second at half off, trying to check out involved adding one at full cost and additional products I didn't want. When I asked about the half off, they said they'd give me the discount. When I tried to cancel the whole order, they wrote back and offered 10% off. I replied no, and they offered 20% off. I again replied no, cancel it, and they offered 30% off. When I said no, cancel it all, they wrote back saying that they'd given me a full refund. I confirmed receiving a credit with the bank, but the process took a lot of time and effort and made me fear that they also may have done something nefarious like take my credit card info or the like.

Fraudulent vendor. Used info from a block wallet available on Amazon on their site but sent a different wallet. Acknowledged product I received looked different but was what they intended to send. First offered a 30% discount if I would accept, then a 40% discount if I would reconsider and then a 50% discount if I would keep this entirely different model with none of the features in their ad. Declined and was given an address in the United Kingdom for my return to receive a refund. The USPS guy, with no prompting from me said "This is where they get you, it will cost more to return things like this than it is worth." I sent it back because I would rather patronize the postal service and give them my money rather that lose it to a scamming operation like this one. Osmo Block Wallet on their site @ $158.99 reduced to $79 for Memorial Day Sale with a second wallet for only $39.50 IS NOT THE WALLET THEY WILL SEND YOU! I later found it on Amazon as a kafellon (the one they jacked for their site) at $29.99. TO UPDATE: I sent my inferior cheap substitute wallets back via USPS from my US location to the UK address they required - something they never expected me to follow through on because of the cost- and they refunded my credit card charge as soon as I provided the tracking number. The package has been sitting at a collection point awaiting a signature and payment of taxes fees and import assessment since June 18th ( it is now July 10th). Guess those wallets just aren’t worth much to them! The scam is now confirmed from beginning to end! Just a final update as of 08/18/2026: After my return sat at the destination address in the UK for one month without being claimed, the postal service initiated a return to sender. I received today the two items at the center of the scam. So OSMO got nothing from me and I ended up with the wallets anyway! They're still the same shite wallets though!!

Allez voir ailleurs.
