Ordered a gaming headset through them, and what I received wasn't it. When asked for the correct product, was offered a 15% refund and "we'll let you keep the product, It's actually an improvement!" (Checked the specs, it's not. Vastly inferior in fact.) Told them no, I want a full refund now since they obviously lied. They said they would, and it would take 10 days. The only thing they did was inform Google Shop it was refunded. (Google Shop did NOT handle the payment, Osmo did.) Checked with my bank two weeks later and found no refund was issued. Had them issue a chargeback. Oh, and for anyone who gets the run around from them about returning a product when they pull this, at least on the US side: It is the Federal Trade Commission and the Uniform Commercial Code rules and regs that state that THEY have to provide a way to return the product at THEIR expense, not yours. And come to find out that the headset they had on their site isn't even theirs. They're using pics from other companies and just relabeling it as their own, then send a crappier product. (Even the headset they sent isn't even theirs.) I have informed FIFINE, the real manufactures of the headset, about their product and intellectual property being misused in this way.

Ordered a weather station. Picture look like one i have. It was nothing like picture. Quarter the size cheap face. Returns are on you. You think your buying American, but return is to UK. Cost more to return than the product. Did get 60% refund. It's still a POS.

VERBRECHER SHOP, liefern irgend etwas was nicht bestellt wurde. Bieten dann 25%, dann 50% Rabatt an auf die Bestellung und somit würde ich dann 200% auf den Schrott zahlen der mir gesendet wurde. I purchased the product from what appeared to be a US website, but when I wanted to return it, I was told to return it to the UK. The shipping rate for the return was $167 and the item cost $169.99. When I contacted the company, I was told it wasn't Osmo, but was an auction house and they had no info about Osmo.

À fuir ! Ce site est une arnaque, j’ai commandé un superbe détecteur de métaux électronique, multifonction avec sac de rangement, pelle de recherche, casque, pour 129 €. Huit jours plus tard, j’ai reçu un colis qui pesait 1,2kg mesurait 30 cm par 20 cm et à l’intérieur, un soi-disant détecteur de métaux qui qui ressemblait plus à un jouet pour enfants, ça n’avait absolument rien à voir avec la photo de celui que j’avais acheté. J’ai alors voulu le renvoyer et me faire rembourser, mais là il fallait que je paie les frais de renvoi pour le Royaume-Uni environ 30 € ce qui à mon avis était à peu près la valeur de l’objet que j’avais reçu. Heureusement. j’avais payé avec PayPal. J’ai donc ouvert une réclamation sur le site PayPal et j’ai réussi à me faire rembourser . Yannick.

Zuerts wurde unvollständige Ware des Fensterputzroboters versand. Es wurde mehr Geld abgebucht als im Angebot angegeben, das wurde mir nach Reklamation dann zurückgebucht. Dann las ich, dass der Roboter in deutschen Geschäften um die Hälfte billiger angeboten wird. Also Finger weg von diesem shop!!!

Ik kocht een paar wandelsticks van het merk Osmo. Bij levering waren dit fake. Sticks. Nergens een vermelding op sticks Osmo, wel "made in China". Zagen er in het geheel niet uit zoals ze afgebeeld staan op hun site. Contact opgenomen en kreeg als reply: je mag de sticks houden en betalen 20% terug van het door u betaalde bedrag, hetgeen ze dan ook deden. Dat is puur bedrog!
