I got in touch as I thought you had…
I got in touch as I thought you had sent the wrong vacuum cleaner, I didn’t think it was a pro vacuum and the tools weren’t as good as on your listing . You sorted my issue no fuss , just offered an upgrade vacuum at no cost to me. I thought that was above and beyond. Just got to wait and see what the upgrade is like, then I will let you know. Thank you Osmo.
