This company is a scam. I ordered earbuds for $70 and what I received are $15 earbuds from Amazon. I have been fighting with them to get a refund for weeks, and am having to submit a fraud claim with my bank. Do not purchase from them.

Geliefertes Gerät stimmt in keinster Weise mit dem gelieferten Teil überein (Metalldetektor GroundFind Pro). Suchspule mit 18cm sehr klein (anders als auf Anzeigenbild) Display komplett anders (Anzeigenpegel nur rechts/links und direkt am Haltegriff angebracht) Zusammengesteckter Gerätestab wackelt (sehr dünn) Arbeitet auch sehr ungenau. Halte das schon für Irreführung,daher KEINE Kaufempfehlung.

Puur oplichterij- NIET KOPEN! Ik was op zoek naar een epilator en via een forum kwam ik op deze site terecht. Ik heb de epilator besteld en ik ging er gratis opzetstukken bijkrijgen. Enkele dagen later heb ik het pakket ontvangen, maar zonder gratis opzetstukken en daarnaast kan je deze epilator ook online kopen aan de helft van de prijs! Ik heb hen hierover gemaild en kreeg als antwoord dat door hygiënische redenen ik het artikel niet kan terugsturen, maar dat ik wel de helft van mijn geld kon ontvangen. Naast het feit dat ik de korting krijg, kost hij online ergens anders nog steeds minder! Koop hier dus geen dingen aan!

Es gab bei der Bestellung ein unautorisiertes Upsell, nämlich den Artikel zum 2. Mal für €69,99. Sofort storniert. Die Stornierung konnte nicht angenommen werden, weil das Upsell angeblich schon in der Bearbeitung war. Der erste Artikel kam beschädigt an. War zudem die absolute Billig-Ware aus China (für €129,99). Die erste Reklamation resultierte in ein Angebot von 50% Rabatt. Ich habe darauf bestanden, die Ware zurückzusenden. Dann habe ich erfahren, dass ich die Ware nach Großbritannien schicken und die Kosten übernehmen sollte (da wäre ich weitere €30 los). Stattdessen habe ich ein Chargeback bei meiner Kreditkarte eingeleitet. Support wird durch AI geleistet. Sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll - bewirkt nichts. Ich warne eindringlich vor dieser Firma. Finger weg.

False advertising! OSMO misleads customers by stating their pet trackers don’t require a monthly subscription (from them!) but they fail to tell you that it does require a telecommunication account in order to provide a working tracker AFTER you purchase a separate SIM card. When attempting to return the product I was offered thru a series of emails first 25% then 30% then 50% back but I could keep the tracker! They must have low production costs and are making a substantial profit with this business model. Caveat emptor!

Beware before buying from Osmo Official.com We ordered the NestView baby monitor they advertised, but they sent a completely different baby monitor product. When we asked them to send the correct item, the one we actually paid for, they refused. Their excuse was that "items can differ in appearance from time to time," which is not acceptable. They then tried to pressure us into keeping the wrong item by offering a discount. The only alternative they gave was to return it at our cost, which was more than the product was worth. We had to escalate the issue through Pay Pal just to get our money back. This experience felt misleading, unethical, and stressful. Save yourself the headache and choose another company before dealing with this one.

Ma commande pour un répéteur sur Osmo-Official, s'est déroulée de manière chaotique. Impossible de savoir quand la transaction a été effectuée, aucune demande d'authentification auprès de ma banque ! Aujourd'hui je découvre que mon compte bancaire a été débité, pour 2 achats dont un que je n'ai jamais souhaité ni validé.

Paket wird dort angeblich nicht gefunden obwohl das Tracking die Zustellung bestätigt hat. Ich rate dringendste von einem Kauf der OSMO-Geräte ab. Alles Fake und Betrug !!!
