The reader is so slow and repeats words too much. Especially during a quiz. She reads the question in slow motion and then the answer word by word. Also the videos can be edited to be shorter.

Our training is authorized by the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB), and we are required to meet specific course time and content standards, which limits how much we can adjust the pacing or edit the videos. That said, we truly value your input and will work to improve the experience wherever possible within those requirements. Mark was communicative through the entire process, before, during and even after the trainings completion. Signing up was simple and completing the course was straight forward. If we need more OSHA courses I won’t hesitate to contact Mark again. The only feedback I suggest is completing the courses on a lap or desktop over a phone.

Do you want someone to stole your money? Come and sign in in one course of this "business". $300 dollars stolen!!! For nothing, because they don't use teachers, just computers, and if you fail, you will have to pay again 300 dollars!!! No way!!

As per OSHA regulations, each learner is given three attempts per quiz. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the course becomes locked and must be repurchased. This policy is in place to ensure that learners are truly engaging with the material, which is critical for safety compliance. After you failed the course the first time, we provided you with a free second course as a courtesy—even though this is not required. Unfortunately, you did not pass the course on the second attempt either. That said, we understand that this can be a tough process, and we want to support you. Please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to offer you another attempt at no cost. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope we can help you complete your certification successfully.
