Overall the OSHA Outreach course is a positive experience. Beginning with the purchase process, our representative, Farhan Siraj, is a fantastic resource who is knowledgeable, very very responsive and always a pleasure to work with. Students interact well with the content and the platform works well. The one exception would be tech support and the compatibility with iPad/ IOS devices. Issues with interoperability with iPads that are brought to OSHA outreach support are met with the response "It's not compatible with IOS/iPads. BUT Farhan once again wins the day by personally working with each student to get their issue resolved and the course working on their iPad, even though support says it's not possible.

I enjoyed taking this course. Very informative and affordable!

This was a good format the only criticism About the course is the audio cadence of the commentator will put you to sleep needs more personality in the verbal cadence to keep it from boring you into slumber
