Good morning, My only complaint is the price of the shipping. Your herbs are fresh, potent and well packed. I’m certain I will purchase from you again, however, I must wait until I have a few items to buy because of the price of the shipping. I’m not sure if you are familiar with pirate ship. It is a shipping site that gives you much better prices on UPS and USPS rates. Being a business, I’m not sure if it’s something that you would be willing to use, but it’s worth looking into. There is one other issue I had. The day I placed my order I wanted to add something else after paying for it. I was not able to call to add to it and I received no response through email. I did not want to go through the trouble of canceling then re-ordering So if there is a a better way to communicate, please let me know. I’m aware of the trouble you’ve been having and I’m sure that had something to do with the communication issue. I pray that you get back on your feet quickly. Thank you for providing the much needed herbs that are often hard to find. You gained a new customer - I didn’t know about your farm until the fire - I hope I’m not the only one. It was a gift and it was exactly what the person wanted!

My order was a pick up order at the farm and it was my first visit to the farm. Order was not on the porch when I arrived. No one seemed to be around the white house so I drove into the farm yard looking for someone to help me and it took me 20 mins to end up back at the white house where I finally found someone who could give me my order.

Love the herbs I received .. It took almost 10 days AFTER u said my products were shipped out .. UPS had not received it according to tracking . So idk if I would order again if I needed these items in a hurry as i did with a clients Tea blend . Always .. that’s my big gripe . ❤️

The herbs look fantastic! Shipping via UPS is spendy.

Although I have never used you before the your customers seem satisfied so I'll definitely try you.

I don't necessarily have much to complain about there were just few clichés here and there but everything else was fine.
