Quick and easy to order and fast shipment

I’m a letter carrier and so I’m on my feet all day and the Spira helps make my day easy.

Ordered 1 pair of Vionic sandals and 1 pair of sneakers. Received the sandals today (8/4/2024), the brown bag contained a plastic bag with the sandals instead of in an authentic Vionic box. One of the sandals has wider/looser straps and the other sandal insole does not jibe with my foot. I own at least 25 pairs of Vionic shoes, I do not wear any other brand. The bag came through an Amazon delivery. ?? I will call them tomorrow for explanation and will update here.

Placed order from website. Received wrong item so thought just a packer error since each item had the word "foot" in its description. Returned item then get email saying what I ordered was not in stock. Poor inventory control wasted two weeks of my time, but Amazon delivered it in two days. Won't waste my time with this company.

Ordering was easy. Item shipped quickly and was received quickly.

I did receive my first order but i had to return for an exchange..I haven't received my exchange yet but it's not been long enough. But the customer service is fantastic!

My order was shipped & never delivered to me. I was told there is nothing they can do for me, because it says delivered. I just spoke with a supervisor and she told me the same thing. So I'm out $70.00. You can find a better website for your purchases.

Slippers came on time. Very well packaged and very comfortable walking in them!!! I was impressed with the quality of the slipper and they are exactly what I was looking for.
