This is the third time things went wrong. I purchased Spenco sandals. The order was a hassle I did finally get my $5 reward but not my 15% discount from the order that they cancelled last time because the item was never in stock. The percent off was supposed to be a "courtesy ". I finally got the sandles, right size yet they are so wide on the inside they are rubbing my skin off both feet. They are supposed to be orthotic but the foam is so soft they are allowing pronating to occur. I considered returning them but there is return shipping and restocking fee And Hassle. Do not buy Spenco floral sandles. Very disappointed for the third time.

My shoe order was never delivered because when Orthotic Shop sent the shoes they asked me to call FedEx to have a trace done which they should have asked FedEx to do the trace and FedEx said that the address was different from what I gave to the Ortho Shop and FedEx refused to do a trace. I called Ortho Shop back and spoke with the manager who refused to fight for me with FedEx's refusal to do a trace on my shoes because If they did they would find out that it was delivered to the wrong address. Now I am out my shoes and what I paid for them.

The product l ordered on November 29, 2025 (l believe it was processed on December 4th) still has not arrived. I’m not a happy camper. This gift cost me a lot if money.

I placed my order on November 5, 2025 and paid $35.00 U.S. for shipping to Canada by DHL courier. I didn't receive my order until November 21st and it came by Canada Post with an additional charge of $26.36 Canadian which I was not made aware of at time or ordering. I contacted the Orthotic Shop by email and their responses were very curt and said "fixing cost is fixed and we are not responsible for GST". They did not address why I did not receive by package by DHL courier as paid for, nor did they respond to why wasn't I told that there would be additional charges at the border. I was not happy with paying $183.65 Cdn. for a pair of slippers for a senior citizen. Having said all of that, I do not want to take away from the quality of the slippers or how much my hubby likes them.

Shoes are great. But customer service is horrible. Rude, lying, accusatory and trying to charge for returns when advertised as free. I was sent the wrong item and requested a refund. They said it was the correct item because the description said black not black/white when the photo showed black and white. Sent photos, then they claimed the amount they held back from return was for package protection I opted into when ordering. Lies. Sent photo of order, no package protection. Then they said it was shipping fee and not refundable. Lies. Vionic are free returns, And item was wrong anyway. Save yourself the trouble and Just order the same shoes from Amazon!

On September 5, 2025, I purchased a pair of Bearpaw Sasha Women’s Boots (size 8) from OrthoticShop.com for $99.45, plus $5.48 for third-party shipping insurance (total $104.98, paid via Amazon Pay). The order was marked as delivered on September 11, but I never received the package. I checked with neighbors and waited several days before contacting Orthotic Shop, confident that the insurance I purchased would cover the issue. Instead, I was met with no assistance, no apology, and an accusatory tone. The representative even pulled up Google images of my home and told me they would not help. I was never provided with an itemized receipt, nor with the insurance information I paid for. Despite repeated attempts—including emails, a BBB complaint, and phone calls—Orthotic Shop has refused to provide insurance details or issue a refund. At one point, they sent a six-word email (“we are sending you out another one”), even though I had clearly requested a refund, not a replacement. Follow-up communication included dismissive and unprofessional emails such as “sorry we’re not moving fast enough for you.” Eventually, the company stopped responding altogether, citing “recording without consent” even though Michigan law allows implied consent when parties are informed. At this point, I have filed complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and a police report. The company has left me with no product, no refund, and no access to the insurance I paid for. This has been one of the most unprofessional, frustrating, and unethical customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I strongly caution others before purchasing from OrthoticShop.com.

I ordered six (6) items and only 4 of them fit. So I set up a return of these four items. The return took a very long 12 days time to be received and processed. The worst thing was that Even though I had requested "store credit" the entire return was refunded to my card. This is not what I requested! The refund has complicated things. I specifically requested store credit. I am extremely disappointed. The company has failed to do what they indicated they would. Customer service simply called it a human error and left it at that.

The size 8 did not fit need to return them for a larger size U S size 8 1/2 maybe a 9 medium is needed, but they are gorgeous
