Stay away! Zero customer service. They are Chinese company pretending to do business in the USA. They have not gotten me my knee brace - I am 10 days from my delivery date and 4 days away from the medical procedure I needed this brace for. Tracking # doesn't even show up in USPS - They are scam.

I purchased a knee brace that bent after a few days of use. I sent a picture of the damaged brace. They replied that I have 2 options. But ever since then I have sent 9 emails and have called them daily for a month, sometimes 4 or 5 times a day and it just keeps ringing. I asked for a return authorization but nothing. I requested a refund but nothing. Horrible horrible experience.

Scam. Ordered a knee brace $199 It was the worst, cheapest way too small junk I've seen. Sent it back the next day as per their 60 day return 'guarantee' I took photos of me sending it at the post office and tracking ID. They said after 3 months they never received it from the post. Scam! They probably sold the same one to someone else.
