Do not trust this company
I found that there is no way to start a return on the website. I had to search the fine print to find out that I had to send an email to obtain return instructions. The first email reply simply asked why I wanted to return. I proved that information, and again requested information on return process. The second reply: Option 1: The most we can offer is a 30% refund and you can still keep the item(s). Option 2: You can return the item(s) to our warehouse and then we will initiate the full refund once we receive the returned package. If you choose this option, please let us know and we'll provide you with the return address and return instructions. Also, you have to pay the return 'shipping fees' by yourself. I was instructed that I had to give them my choice before they sent me return instructions. THREE EMAILS to just get a return address. This is completely unprofessional and smacks of scam. I do not hold out hope for a refund. I would never recommend this company!

The reason for asking the questions is we are still trying to upgrade our products and services, so we are gathering every feedback from our customers about our products and services. We either offer replacement or a partial refund based on their preferences. If you want to return the products, you certainly can, and we will offer you a full refund immediately. Again, we are sorry if you have felt the process is long.
