THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS FAKE! OPERATOR SAYS IT IS A NON-WORKING NUMBER. They don't want to hear from you. I bought my shoes 12/2/25. Company sent the wrong size. Their size chart doesn't provide the correct US Men's Size! I ordered an 11/11.5 shoe and a size #10 arrived. Company asked for many photos of my Son's Foot and outline of his foot. I provided all photos and they keep promising to correct the problem but it's now 4 weeks later and nothing has been corrected. Ortho Balance exhausts you with their empty promises of resolve. You can't speak with them because their phone # is BOGUS. There are many options to buy this kind of shoe. DON'T BUY FROM ORTHO BALANCE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. Buyer Beware! I asked to return the two pairs I purchased because I did not like the style, they are old-school and out of date. Also, I am a 7.5 normally, I ordered and 8 and they were just a hair small, although I would not have returned them for that reason. They just asked for photos of the shoes, LOL, I re-boxed them immediately, and they'd give me 15% refund LOL... and to donate them. I wish I had read the review before purchasing. This is still ongoing and I suppose I will be losing my $ and donating the shoes, (maybe someone will like them). They do not stand behind their product and offer little help.

This business is a scam! The size chart is inaccurate! I bought two pair of shoes that didn't fit. They gave me a code to order another pair at a discount but wouldn't let me return the original two pairs! They told me to donate them. Well that doesn't get me my money back! So now I am stuck with two pair of shoes that don't fit and I have no guarantee that the new shoes will fit either. They charge a restocking fee and also make the customer pay for return shipping. There are so many other shoe companies out there who have better return policies and more accurate sizing. I think this company makes its money by selling shoes that don't fit and then charging for the returns...which I'm sure there are many. I feel compelled to let shoppers on all platforms know about this company and their scam operations.

I ordered shoes in October. It took a little over a month and I finally got them after writing them many times. After receiving them, they felt a little short on my feet , so I wanted to return them. Possibly exchange. After following their instructions on a return, it is now the end of December and I am still fighting with him on getting a refund. I decided I did not want to try the larger size because I felt they were going to be way too big. And now I’m still waiting texting them at least twice a week wanting to know where my refund! I would never buy another pair of shoes from this company and anybody that does and needs to return them it’s a nightmare. I have ordered lots of things online and I’ve never had as much issues as I’ve had from this company.

If I could put zero, I would. Emails in English, tracking in Chinese, and tracking response emails in French. haha this company. :) I went through my bank, since the shoes never arrived. They even have the tracking that says "Unforeseen circumstances". Yeah, okay.

Sorry I did not read the reviews before purchasing them. The shoes are high, hurt the back of the foot, poor quality, old fashion looking. Afraid of loosing my balance. I tryed 8 emails to return them. Got give them to a friend! Here's a discount coupon to purchase your correct fit! No answers, No answers, No answers, one #9 email and finally read the reviews. How stupid not to before I purchased them. NO ONE GETS THEIR MONEY BACK. THERE IS NO 30 DAY RETURN. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES! GO TRY ON MANY SHOES AT A RESL SPORT SHOE STORE. GET FITTED. I have asked repeatedly to return two pairs. I was told to donate them, and buy another pair for 50% off. No would like the whole amount back. No answer from this company. Don’t waste your money on this nonsense. The shoes range small so a 10 1/2 feel like a nine on your feet. Hurt like hell so uncomfortable not anything a human should wear. The colors are nice the construction is poor in itself.

This company has a terrible return policy. The company representative suggested that I donate the 2 pairs to charity rather than pay for the return and get refund. I strongly objected to this poor policy and insisted on a return address and a full refund. No reply. Very disappointing.
