1. Both pair are too small. They told me to skip returning them, and donate them. If I decided to reorder, they'd give me a 50% off. I said sure, and waited for the code for discount. Nothing!!! 2. Company Improvements... BE HONEST!! 3. Have a legit phone # 4. Where's the customer service?? 5. And their emails suddenly are missing from my in-box. 6. Delivery took 5 weeks.

Gee I wish I read these reviews before I ordered shoes. Agree with so many others. Poor workmanship and when they arrived are too small for me. I’m in the process of trying to return them and get the right size but reading other reviews I don’t think I’ll bother. Will try and sell them on for less then I paid for them. They offered me ridiculous things… again like others.. 50% off my next purchase and I could donate my shoes to someone else (??!!#^*) or a 15% , then 30% refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I’d rather hang onto the shoes then send them back and lose money and the shoes .. even tho they’re crap and don’t fit.

The shoes did not fit and were very uncomfortable. I asked to return them. In essence, over the course of 6 weeks I have been arguing for a return/refund. They started by offering 14% refund and I get to "keep the shoes". I explained I did not want them, back and forth, now at 40% refund and keep them. OR I can return them, pay shipping and a restock fee which ultimately leaves me at about 50% refund in the end. TERRIBLE. NEVER BUY THESE.

Shoes did not fit well - they for sure have a wide toe box as advertised, but they don’t feel as supportive as I thought they’d be, and feel very cheaply made. The extra inserts I ordered were also cheap and not geared towards the support they say they offer. I asked how to return them and you have to send photos of the shoes, then a $20 restock fee, then they give only a 15% refund (which is less than the restock fee) or exchange. I was also offered 50% off another pair if I want to keep these. So basically spending more money with them for another pair of shoes that won’t be what I expected. I do NOT recommend these shoes AT ALL!!

This company is horrible to deal with. My brother (Gregory) ordered a pair of shoes from their website which took a long time to receive. When he finally did, the shoes were too small so he contacted the company, paid to send the shoes back and re-ordered a half size larger in November! He has yet to receive the shoes and has contacted the company several times. They keep saying they are on their way. Their customer service stinks! They don’t always respond at all. I do NOT recommend ordering from this company at all and never will again! There are several dates I have tried or have dealt with them but I had to pick a date below to send this review Gregory Osburn

I received the new shoes and they did not fit (they run smaller than their size chart says) so I initiated a return. OB said I should ship them back but that I had to pay the $20 shipping fee on the return. What?? After multiple emails that each took OB about 1 week each to respond, I decided to bite the bullet, pay the $20, ship the shoes back for a pair 1 size bigger. After they confirmed receipt of the returned shoes, I told them to send me 1 size bigger. They said, "no problem, just send us $20 and we will ship you the 2nd pair." WHAT?? After a few very direct, yet professional emails from me saying this process is a rip-off, I instructed them that I did not want the shoes and to credit my account for the amount of the shoes. Their reply? "No problem, but will have to charge you a $17.99 restocking fee, so look for that on your CC statement." I'm done with this company and I would advise anyone considering using this company to shop elsewhere, not because of their shoes, but because of their unnecessary gouging return/ restocking fees....and their slow responses from their support person.
